C&#039;est-\u00e0-dire que m\u00eame si le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre goulash est le goulasch hongrois, il est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s typique dans d&#039;autres r\u00e9gions environnantes, comme dans ce cas la Slovaquie.<\/p><p>Cela vaut \u00e9galement la peine de dire que <strong>Il existe d\u2019innombrables vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de goulasch. Sous cet aspect, elle ressemble \u00e0 la paella.<\/strong> Il existe de la viande, du poisson, des l\u00e9gumes... et \u00e0 chaque type, autant de versions que de personnes l&#039;ont cuisin\u00e9 ! Pour cette raison, vous ne devez pas vous retenir si vous souhaitez apporter une variation ou une autre. Nous vous pr\u00e9sentons simplement l&#039;une des versions les plus traditionnelles.<\/p><p>Le goulasch, en Slovaquie et dans les environs, peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9 \u00e0 notre paella. Il est cuisin\u00e9 en grande quantit\u00e9 lors d&#039;une f\u00eate ou lorsqu&#039;un groupe de famille ou d&#039;amis se r\u00e9unit. Nous en avons utilis\u00e9 5 <strong>oignons<\/strong>, 3 <strong>poivrons verts<\/strong>, un de <strong>rouge<\/strong>, une paire de <strong>carottes<\/strong>, 4 <strong>tomates<\/strong> et 3 <strong>pommes de terre<\/strong>. Les quantit\u00e9s peuvent varier sans probl\u00e8me.<\/p><p>Toutes les <strong>l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> aller <strong>coup\u00e9 \u00e0 taille moyenne-petite<\/strong>. M\u00eame ainsi, ils ne devraient pas dispara\u00eetre dans le rago\u00fbt avec ce qu&#039;ils devraient avoir <strong>quelqu&#039;un<\/strong>. Quant au sel, sachez qu\u2019entre le paprika doux et la pomme de terre, il est difficile d\u2019en faire trop.
