En Europe centrale, cette cuisine ext\u00e9rieure (appel\u00e9e <em><strong>Kotlina<\/strong><\/em> en slovaque) remplace nos barbecues.<\/p><p>Et voici la question : <strong>Goulache, <\/strong><strong>Slovaque!!??<\/strong>\u00a0Eh bien, bien que le Goulash soit le plat officiel de la Hongrie, son origine remonte au <strong>Moyen-Age<\/strong>, alors que la Hongrie que nous connaissons aujourd\u2019hui n\u2019existait m\u00eame pas. C&#039;\u00e9tait le plat habituel du\u00a0<strong>Cowboys<\/strong> de la steppe o\u00f9 se trouvent aujourd&#039;hui la Hongrie, la Serbie, la Croatie, la Roumanie, l&#039;Ukraine et la Slovaquie. C&#039;est-\u00e0-dire que m\u00eame si celui qui est devenu c\u00e9l\u00e8bre est le goulasch hongrois, c&#039;est aussi un plat tr\u00e8s typique dans d&#039;autres r\u00e9gions environnantes, comme dans ce cas la Slovaquie.<\/p><p>Il faut dire aussi qu\u2019il existe d\u2019innombrables vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de Goulasch. Sous cet aspect, elle ressemble \u00e0 la paella. Il existe de la viande, du poisson, des l\u00e9gumes... et \u00e0 chaque type, autant de versions que de personnes l&#039;ont cuisin\u00e9 ! Pour cette raison, vous ne devez pas vous retenir si vous souhaitez apporter une variation ou une autre.
